Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping Rates We offer the following shipping options for UK orders, depending on the size of your order:
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL UK ORDERS OVER £80
- Postable — £3.95 — Suitable for small, flat items such as hair accessories and small accessories.
- Small Parcel — £4.95 — Suitable for smaller items of clothing and dancewear.
- Medium Parcel — £5.95 — Suitable for multiple items or larger pieces of dancewear.
- Large Parcel — £7.95 — Suitable for bulkier orders, costumes, or multiple garments.
- Custom Order - Price on Request — For bespoke or made-to-measure items, shipping will be quoted individually. We will contact you with a shipping cost before dispatch.

Delivery Times We dispatch via Evri. Estimated delivery times once dispatched are typically 2-5 business days for standard UK delivery. Please note these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
